I love this place, the bagels are far better than you would expect from a small town in NC,but better than that is the wonderful fresh Baked Breads,Crusty Italian with seeds is my favorite but all I have tried are really good. The owner can be a little harsh at times but I think this comes from being there 7 days a week. I can take a little huffy attitude at time for such great bread.

Lived in NY for 28 yrs. This is the closest you're going to get to a NY bagel. I come from Charlotte for these!
