Friendly and warm down to earth service in a Christian manner.

I have been eating the barbeque here all my life, have traveled the United States, and will declare this is the best barbeque in the nation. True, real NC Barbeque. When I was a kid, before we left Hollister to travel back to Richmond, we would stop and get a pound of barbeque, a pint of slaw and white bread, and we would eat this on the way home, and whatever was left would be our next meal. Cle's Stop and Shop also serves this same style and they are one mile away. If you want the best bbq, come to Hollister, NC.
