We Placed an order for 2 Pizza's to carry out. We went and picked it up and drove back to my Home near Swansboro NC. When we opened the pizza's one wasn't what we ordered. We called to let them know and the manager was aware of the mistake because someone else got our other pizza. He took our name and told us that we could come and get another pizza with in the next week for free to correct the problem. I called today to order the pizza and they would not Honor what they told us last week saying that we had already came an got that pizza 2 days after we call in the problem. I told them we didn't come and get any pizza's since the problem occurred. The manager told me that if we ordered another pizza we would have to pay for it. I told them I was going to write this review. It is ashamed because their Pizzas are the best in the area. That is why I would drive 18 Miles 1 way to get one. Maybe they need to work on the customer service with the employees.

THE FOOD IS AWESOME AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. I actually dream of Italian food and as my grandmother always said "it is a good day when you can eat". I love everything on the menu.

I have been going to Tony's for years. My dad, who grew up in Queen's N.Y., insist on going every time he comes to visit me. He will buy several pies (pizzas), take them home to Raleigh and freeze them. That is how good the pizza is. I am a pain when I order b/c I like things made differently than how they are usually made and they accommodate me and get my order right every time. Everyone who works there is extremely nice to me and very polite. I have always had excellent customer service and my orders, although complicated, are always correct, hot, and delicious! The food there is made fresh daily and they make extra calzones and anything else, such as pizza slices, that people will want to come in and be able to eat quickly. The food there never sits out and it is so popular that I think it is smart of them to make extra so that their customers will not have to wait such a long time to eat. It seems that they really have the customers best interest at heart and I have seen them throw out food that was made that they feel has been out for to long. They would never serve something unsafe or not delicious to their customers. The girls who work the register are genuinely friendly and helpful and the guys who cook make sure they get my order correct every time. They greet me by name when I go there and that is customer service at it's best!!

The two counter ladies were short and unfriendly especially the one with the hat worn backwards. I wanted a Stromboli w mushroom and Not one of the ones they tried to pawn off that was already cooked for who knows how long. They seemed put out and unprofessional. My family of five spent a lot of money for them to be so rude. Will not be returning.
