Cold had to go to car to get coats won't go back

I just left waffle House 12-2 with my food in a Togo box because they didn't fix it and it was so cold I had to bring it home to warm it. When I ordered I was told they'd hav to make more gravy. 10 min. To fix gravy.i waited and waited my friend got her food and aye it still no hash brown and gravy. We sat and talked still no food. Finally my friend ask and the waitress said she was getting it. I had already told them to fix my it to go. Finally she brought it and I wanted to it a few bites but it was cold apparently my hash brown was made before making the gravy. And the gravy was cold too. Warming it at home just made it greasy. Next time I'll go elsewhere
