The warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service made the evening truly enjoyable, with thoughtful recommendations that enhanced each dish and drink. From perfectly crisp fish and chips to beautifully presented scotch eggs, every bite was flavorful and satisfying, all complemented by friendly staff who created a cozy and lively environment.

Granted I am a local and some could say I am bias, I really enjoy Six Pence. I have honestly spent more time drinking than eating at this establishment, but the food is pretty good. The bar staff is very friendly, helpful, educated, and talkative. The wait staff I have only had one dealing with, and it was "ok". I generally eat at the bar when I eat there. The food itself is pretty good though. They have a great selection of beers on tap as well as in bottles, along with a mass amount of spirits to chose from. I have never named a drink they couldn't make from memory either, which is impressive. Try it out!
