No experience here since we had to get up & leave. Sat at unclean table since there were no clean ones for 10 min with no acknowledgement from either of 2 waitresses. Meanwhile all other tables were cleaned & waited on. Got something against blond haired blue eyed customers? Before I left, asked waitress standing at register if you had to order before sitting down. She just said no.

I don't eat there often but I have never had bad service and the food is good as well. There menu has a tremendous selection of a variety of sandwiches and dinners and you can get breakfast anytime as well. I think a lot of customers rate this place low due to their expectations of this restaurant being something like a Denny's or something. It is a small town like menu and atmosphere that you will find in a lot of places and for a quick hot meal and some good hot coffee, it is a very good place to eat.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke as far as service and decent food. My chicken breast was crispy! More like jerky. I told my "waitress" she's like .." Well, if we fix you another I'll have to charge you for another plate" so paid for a box to bring home to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it! Ten dollars for a cup of coffee basically.

Have always had bad waitresses. They would rather talk to each other or on phone than wait on customers. Food is terrible, don't see how they stay open.

Terrible service! Had to wait awhile to get a waitress. Then she brought our coffee and still no menu, had to ask for it...coffee was like warn where they leave it on the bar not on a any kind of hit plate. Then when I got up to pay my wife and I stood at the bar ready to pay for what seemed like forever as waitresses walked all around us. Finally I asked the customers would anyone there like to take my money. Only then did the staff take it. They hire some lazy watresses.

Terrible service! Only one waitress for everyone. Better bring your own drink here cause your not going to get a refill. And their footlong hotdogs were very low quality with tons of mustard to much for my taste.
