I visited this restaurant back in July 2019 and found the food to be quite tasty. Although I can't recall the specific item I had, I do remember enjoying my meal. The staff was accommodating and the service was efficient, making it a pleasant dining experience overall.

I was very disappointed with this location. I was waiting in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. When I finally recieved the food it was slightly warm and I only got one napkin. I asked for honey mustard and did not recieve it. The chicken strips were very dry, fries were soggy. This is not the first time that this location has dissappointed me. I am a manager through the restaurant business also. Customer service and speed should always be a priority. When I asked the lady through the drive-thru if I could get my food replaced, she said "We don't have time for that, you can call the store later." Would not recommend this location.

I was in the Cook Out in Lincolnton,NC.
As I was sitting on the beanch waiting for
my take out order.I witnessed the Food server
handling the cooked food with his bare hands.
I told the Manager about it, which seemed to
make him more upset that I called him out on it
than the fact that the server was handling
everones food with his bare hands.
