Absolutely horrendous. Ground beef was not edible. Taco salad had no cheese. Asked for some and got charged $3.50 for it. No hot sauce. What kind of Mexican place has no hot sauce? Everybody's food was cold. The bill came to 39.50 for my wife, 3 year old and I. We did have a beer each but were charged 14.50 for items we requested other than our entree's and beers. Cheese, extra chips etc. I wouldn't let my dog eat here. Vaquero's or Charanda in Statesville are better options.

I stopped in here to have lunch with my sister & we both ordered a simple chicken taco salad! We'll when we got out salads they were soaked in what looked like water we were hungry & went ahead and started eating and once I got to the bottom I noticed it was a wet soggy mess it was gross words can't describe how my stomach feels or my sisters now & I told the lady about it and I was just asking that they treat the next customers to a more satisfying meal since people pay good money they want to be satisfied with there food ! She argued with me and my sister said we ate it all I had payed fine call it a loss just do better next time!!!! She said she asked a police officer if someone finished there plate would you charge them & of course he said yes! We'll duh I guess you would pay just as I did so my point is that I just wanted them to know it was nasty & I treat there next guest to a good dinner she obviously has had problems in the past to ask a cop such things !!!! She got no tip that day & by the way her tip went towards the 1.50 I had to pay extra for the sour cream when I asked for extra she never said it would be a additional price but that is ok I give this restaurant 1 star because I have to give at least 1 star and my experience was awful & I will not be retuning & I do not suggest anyone that wants a delicious meal to come here thinking that they will get it because you'll leave disappointed like I did ....... Nasty nasty resturaunt!!!!
