Worst dinning experience I've ever had. Food was almost as bad as the service. Place was very dirty. Honestly, abysmal....

Worst dining service ever. Same as comments below. 2 hours of our vacation wasted. Place was filthy, staff rude, food inedible.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had in any dining establishment, start to finish. Cold nasty Food that took forever, unpleasant staff, bathrooms and tables, and floors all nasty. I wish I could get back the two hours of my life waisted on this place.

We waited about 20/30 minutes before they took our drink order & we ordered then. (Chicken tenders & chicken basket) Brought my tea, said we are out of sweeteners here’s some packets of sugar. Waited another half hour -no food. Place was not crowded!! Watched as people tried to check out, they waited & waited & waited before anyone would come to the register. We left $$ for my tea & walked out.

Went there for anniversary dinner last night, and we both had the ribeye steak it was absolutely the best we had in a long time. Will go back again tonight.

Our family ate there August of 2016. I became very ill and had to be hospitalized in the ICU for 4 days due to food poisoning. The owner of the restaurant would never return my calls. This place is nasty and would not recommend you eat there.

I would give a minus 1.. This was the absolute worse ever. I understand it was crowded but the service was horrible, not to mention the food. Ewwwwww. I ordered shrimp and fries. I guess the shrimp was from a frozwn section in the grocery store. Horrible and the fries taste like they were 2days old. My hubby ordered the flounder and i wish i could have posted a pic of that nonsense.. Not even worth any of our money. We will NEVER go back there i mean NEVER.....

Whatever you do,do not order chilli cheese fries. I ordered them with my chicken livers which were awful by the way,and they looked like thrown up dog food. The service was terrible as well. Next trip , I think we will be taking our own food. My wife explained to me that the problem is that we cook for ourselves better than most restaurants. Will never be going back there.

review_stars 09/29/2013 - They've gone way downhill
I went with there yesterday with my husband and two of our friends, and the service was the worst I've experienced anywhere for many, many years. I understand that you were short staffed, but there was no one competent taking care of customers, at least where we were. One friend's food was apparently good, but my husband and I had to send ours back, and our other friend's rabbit was so dry she couldn't even eat it. She wanted to send it back (it was BAD) but the waiter would barely stop to get one drink refill order, much less refill everyone else's drinks or listen to her request. Talking to the cashier was no better--he really didn't give a damn. We may come back in the winter, but we will never, ever come back during the tourist season again, and we've been eating at Paul's for a couple of years. Now I know why we don't visit Cherokee during the warm weather.

The rabbit cost $16.99, and was inedible. I felt that they should have at least let our friend get something else instead, if not take it off the bill altogether. They did not. I'm sharing this experience far and wide.
