Cruising through western NC mountains, we finally hit up Hot Springs and grabbed lunch at Spring Creek Tavern-what a find! The hand-rolled cheese sticks stuffed with salami were basically giant, crispy flavor bombs, and that Buffalo chicken sandwich? Absolutely monstrous and perfectly juicy inside. Chilling on the covered deck by the river with a cold local beer while soaking in the lively, punk-America vibe made the whole experience unforgettable.

While traveling through the beautiful western NC mountains, we decided to stop in Hot Springs for lunch and chose to visit Spring Creek Tavern. The friendly service and delicious food made for an incredible experience; the hand-rolled cheese sticks and Buffalo chicken sandwich were particularly impressive. With a relaxed atmosphere and a lovely view of the river, I can't wait to return for another meal!
