The food here is consistently amazing, whether dining in or ordering takeout, with dishes like Vegetable Samosas and Lamb Vindaloo that never disappoint. The staff is super attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the portions are generous, making it a go-to for authentic Indian cuisine in Boone.

If I could give The Mint 6 Stars I would. I can't say enough about how AMAZING the food is. Very Friendly staff and very attentive. This is the REAL deal! Fresh hot and you can customize how spicey you want it!
