Bill from Edible Arrangements went above and beyond to ensure my friend's fruit bouquet was delivered safely, finding a shady spot on the patio and providing clear instructions over the phone. The service was exceptional and his friendliness was greatly appreciated. The Mooresville store is lucky to have such a dedicated employee like Bill.

I went on line from Florida 5 days before Mothers Day to have an arrangement sent to my mother in North China Grove. The site recommended this store. Made the purchase and paid extra to have it delivered on Friday, yesterday. It never arrived. Just now went to check my credit card and it was never charged. I called the store, THEY RECEIVED my order but told me they had credited back my order. I told them it had never been charged...why. They proceeded to tell me they won't deliver to China Grove. So here it is day before Mothers Day and no way now to get anything sent to her. This store could not even bother to send me a quick email, telephone call, text or anything to let me know. They just threw away my order and forgot about it.
