Found this cute little diner on the side of the road while driving on I40 and searching for a spot to eat. It was a bit busy due to a Women's Group event, so the service took longer than expected, but the staff was doing their best. Ended up ordering an omelette with a choice of five fillings for a reasonable price, and it turned out to be delicious. Overall, a good place to grab a bite to eat if you're in the area.
