Hidden gem of Franklin NC! Farmer market booth with amazing baked goods! You will find delicious, unique items and a flavor profile unlike anything this small town has ever seen. Family run business, and the owner really knows her stuff. The best pie crust/pastry dough I have ever had. Cheesecake has won awards, and one taste will tell you why. Only regret is that it is only available once a week!
