We eat at Roma's quite a bit and to QUELL rumors! Roma's was NOT closed/or closing perm. The owner was in the HOSPITAL having surgery and well, the local rumor mill started. They had some folks who came in and helped out with funds to remodel, etc. and were considered part-owners! NOT OWNERS! yes, they did some great remodeling, changed/added things to the menu, BUT they also created DRAMA with having a child RUNNING around the place while folks are trying to eat/work and they HAVING horrid CONVERSATIONS regarding HER OWN GROWN son, regarding the grandchild in PUBLIC, where everyone could here!
DO NOT let the rumor mill keep you away from Roma's. Those folks are now GONE, and Ashley and Mario are back at it giving 100%!! Don't believe me, go see for yourself! We love this place and will most DEF continue to take our business here!

My wife and I dined here two weeks ago. The food was great. However the lady behind the counter had her granddaughter running around and would come sit at the table behind ours. All great. The problem was the discussion of this child’s parents who I’d assume is one of their children, but the things being said should not have in front of a child. The gossip train did not want to make me come back. Turning point. I liked the page on Facebook and saw someone was no longer there, I clicked the name and realized it was the same lady bad mouthing things. We chose to dine here tonight. Service was amazing! Food was amazing! Prices were amazing. I’m always willing to give a place a second chance most of the time. The first time my 8 year old did not need to hear the conversation the other lady was having, did not need to know the child running around had parents that don’t care about her then proceed to ask me why is her mommy and daddy bad. So that was my turn off. On the better note though I enjoyed tonight. So only advice it be weary of the conversations held with on listening ears.

I have been going here for as long as they have been open. Mario and Ashley the owners have created a wonderful environment for everyone in Hudson to enjoy a great dining experience. Ashley is simply amazing and goes the extra mile! Great job guys!

We were here on 11/16/19. Let me just start by saying that Ashley was not there. When we went in they were a little busy. There was a table with 8 people that had not got their food yet. We got seated and the waitress took out drink order in a timely manner. While she was taking our food order, she told us that it would be a few minutes. She checked on us several times and assured us that our food was coming. While waiting for our food 3 other tables were seated and got their food before we got ours. The waitress tried to explain to us that the other "tickets" got put in front of ours. After waiting for an hour we spoke to the "person in charge". He assured us that he would "take care of us". An hour and 15 minutes later we got our food. Well, everybody except me (lasagna); 10 minutes later I got mine, without bread, of course. When we went to pay, a different waitress explained that it was common practice for tickets to get "switched around". She then gave us a 10% discount. $1.70 REALLY? FOR AN HOUR & A HALF. We were not ugly to anyone there and left the waitress a $7 tip. When we told them (very nicely) that we would not be back, they were not phased at all. So Ashley, I don't know what is going on over there or why you have so much turn over (never see the same waitress twice) but something needs to change. Yes the new décor looks so much better & cleaner but, to my way of thinking something needs to change with management.

I absolutely give Roma’s 5 stars. The owner Ashley went above and beyond on our very first. I ask our waitress Kathy who was great who she was. When she told me her and her husband own it I knew it was a great place. This morning my daughter was extremely misbehaving. Ashley came over brought crayons and coloring sheets. She got her to calm down, talked about Santa cameras, and she left behaving and with a dog balloon. How awesome. I was glad to find this place. Recommend for anyone!

I love this place. Ashley and Mario the owners put their heart and soul in their restaurant. They recently brought on board a partner to help them. They definitely deserve a five star. Food and service is a plus. Ashley works her heart out there and both have been through surgeries and all. Prayers to continue great business for many years to come.

Dined here Saturday night with my wife. It took about 5 minutes for us to be served and things were slow. No one realized we came in and sat ourselves. I was recommend to this place by some locals who played music here. I was told about the good food and friendly environment. Nothing of what I was given. I ordered the lamb platter and my wife got personal pizza. I never received my side salad, and when our food came I got a gyro. I explained to the waitress and she told me that was the lamb platter. It was different on the board. I ate it. No complaints. You can get good food anywhere it’s the service of the place that needs help. Good luck but I will not be continuing with the recommendations that was given to me.

I started coming to this place a while by hearing they had Christian music. Tonight a group of us from church ate there. There’s no doubt it was unbelievably dirty. Tables were just left, ours was greasy, and they were not busy. The bathroom smelled awful. The waitress were in a corner booth just tapping away. It’s 4 in the afternoon and no one else was in there. The food was great but please have better service and clean up!

Roma has became our go to restaurant at least twice a week. I recommend this restaurant not only for good food but the people within it. Ashley runs the front and is very attentive to everyone that walks through that door. The group of ladies there are truly ran by a great leader. When my step mother passed away she contacted me and ask was there anything she could do. She was very fond of her. I hadn’t been in a while because my dad fell sick. I received a call last week saying she was asking and concerned about my family. This week we brought the family and Dad in. She spotted us clear in the parking lot and came out for hugs. I learned she had been sick. She was in there going at it with a picc line and drain tubes in her stomach. That lady never misses a beat. A restaurant in a small town, with great food, but what keeps you coming back is people like her. She keeps those girls on top of things and pushes for the best. This is exactly what our community is built on. Compassion and caring individuals. Great job Roma!

I have to tell you just how amazing our evening out was! We went to Roma in Hudson. They have a large menu with many choices. It was our first time. Our waitress was a young blonde girl. She was just the sweetest thing. She was very helpful and told us the specials. We were with our grandkids and the lady manager came over and got them and gave them balloons and candy! The cook in the back even came out and spoke to them. They let him know just how good thier pizza was! In such a small town I can't believe I never came here! The Food was very tasty and service was 100% above excellent! Great job!

I would rate this restaurant more stars if I could. The Food was amazing but the service was above and beyond anything I could ask for. The manager is phenomenal and she is full of energy. All the staff is happy and you can tell they enjoy their job. Simply amazing!

I really like the veggie Stromboli and I like the hot wings and ask them to be cooked a little longer as I like them very done. Both are excellent!

Not sure if it's the new owner or what but we gave Roma in Hudson another try yesterday after reviving bad service a month ago. Service was by far amazing and food was so tasteful! We will back and appreciate the change!

I will rate it two stars because the food was excellent, however the customer service was awful. Today being Mothers Day we had heard about it through a friend and decided to go there for dinner. I over heard our waitress yelling another table she was the manager and apologizing for something. My husband and I looked at each other and thought our waitress is the manager and her attituded was awful. If we wanted hear about things going on there we would have ask but the gossip column was enough for me. If we go back because the food was good we will try carry out. Very unprofessional staff...

My first experience at Roma was yesterday. My husband and I were leaving foodlion and as we drive by this colorful sign was hanging in the window. I ask my husband to turn around so I could read it. It was a sign about the Mothers Day drawing for gift cards and free cheesecake for all moms. We were already talking about where we were going to eat and the sign caught my attention so I said let's try them. It turns out that our waitress was the one who made the sign, told us all about the menu, and all the upcoming events going on there. We ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer which were amazing with the home made ranch. My husband had a calzone and I meat lasagna. Both were incredibly tasty. I dont remember the waitress name but the customer service was excellent and the food great so we will be back.

This past weekend I ordered take out for my family and I. I hadnt called to get it in awhile. I was very shocked at the lady who answred the phone. So energetic and sweet. Service was usually my only problem here thats why we would get take out. I talked with the two girls Helen and Ashley who I complemented on for there goid vibe. I love the food and I think my family and I will try dining in again.
