La Cosetta in New Bern serves authentic Italian dishes with homemade pasta and perfectly cooked pizza that remind me of traditional flavors from back home. The warm, family-run atmosphere shines through in the attentive service from the staff, especially Bella at the table and DJ behind the bar, who make you feel right at home. Though service can occasionally be a bit rushed, the quality of the food and the genuine care from owners Piero and Paula make every visit worthwhile.
