I absolutely love this place - the food is reminiscent of a family BBQ and always comes out warm. The service is quick and the staff are friendly, making it a pleasant experience overall. While the intercom system can be a bit tricky to hear through, the tasty NC BBQ, sweet hush puppies, and delicious shakes make it one of my favorite fast food spots for a quick and affordable feast.

Went to cookout got to the window to pay my order was 11.00 I payed 6.00 in bills and 5.00 in quarters. The cashier Alicia and another employee laughed and said now we have 20.00 in change now. I don't care if I pay with all pennies I am a consumer and we are the reason you have a job in fast food. I call to the night shift manager Jason and all he could say I can't hear you. If you are gonna work with the public have a little respect for your community that is purchasing from you, remember you would not have a job if it was not for your customers.... show respect!

Don't eat here molded bacon on food. The Manger is incompetent when really busy. Service sucks.
