We were in there on 8-20-2023 and the service was very poor! Three teenage girls who were very rude and making fun of the customers ahead of us. My advice is to have an adult supervising the immature teens. Don’t waste your time at Hatlee & Brae. We had friendly service at Medora Fudge & Ice Cream.

we were rushed and I get it because they were busy but they were also very rude, and used hand motions to signalize that we were stupid. they also gave us smaller ice cream. just very rude teens that don’t know what their doing.
