Worst customer service in my life. I order a banana split in the drive-through, ask for a side of hot fudge. They ask if I wanted the extra hot fudge instead of chocolate sauce. I say sure that sounds great thank you. I get to the window and there is a little topping underneath. I'm not seeing much of anything let alone hot fudge or "extra" so I ask if they put the extra hot fudge on it. They say yes. I go to park, put my spoon to the bottom and there are 3 tiny squirts on the bottom one each of strawberry, pineapple, and hot fudge. I go back in and ask if I could get a side of hot fudge. The kid at the counter says in a snotty voice "Ma'am, I put plenty of hot fudge on there." I look down at my bowl of vanilla soft-serve and un-ripe banana with a little color on the bottom of the plastic bowl and ask can I please get a side of hot fudge as I did pay for it. To which he gets even snottier and says "No ma'am I put plenty on it" At this point I'm thinking what weird Dairy Queen Twilight Zone have I walked in on. So I ask him please, can I just get the side of fudge that I paid for. He refuses. So then I asked for my money back on the banana split. At which point he goes to get a dinky side cup and fills it half-way (about a small spoon full) and hands it to me. I ask if he can fill it up and he refuses and says "Ma'am, that is a side. It's a full pump." I walk out with my $6 bowl of vanilla soft-serve and un-ripe banana and my hard-won paid for side spoon full of fudge. I will Never Ever spend another penny at this DQ in Rugby, BSF again. Ever.
