Chose Sackville Boston Pizza for a meal for 7 of us last night. Big mistake. Although not busy the service was appalling. First off the fish and chips was off the menu, which of course can happen from time to time so I reselected. One of our party's meal didn't even arrive until we had almost finished. Having asked for a split bill, it came as one bill and drinks etc. from another table included. Then it took an age and a day to sort the bill out.I asked for the manager but aapparently he wasn't there, (probably watching the soccer on TV).
They did try to redeem matters by not charging for the two dishes there had been a problem with, but of course the damage had already been done.
We are visiting from the UK and have used Boston Pizza on many occasions, not just this visit but previous years and although at times the service has left a bit to be desired, we've not ever experienced anything like last night's debacle.
Thank you Boston Pizza for spoiling a meal with some of our family and friends we will not see again now until next year. Will we be back to any Boston Pizza again.....probably, but you are on trial now.
