08/28/2022 - Outstanding Lamb Shanks
I had a wonderful experience eating at USTA restaurant, led by Chef Sherif Turk. The lamb shanks were amazing and they were so tender that they fell off the bone. The Mediterranean salad was very fresh and tasty. I had baklava for dessert and it was mouth watering. Each of these things were such large portions that I had enough left over for a second meal.
