The bibimbap served in a beautiful stone bowl was steaming hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor, making it a nourishing and satisfying meal even late in the evening. The ramen dishes, from spicy miso to yasai shoyu, featured perfectly cooked noodles, generous portions of toppings like thick chashu and fresh vegetables, and broths that were both savory and authentic. The bibimbap at this restaurant is absolutely fabulous, steaming hot in a beautiful stone bowl. I happily discovered they are open until 9:30 p.m. for those late-night cravings.
