For this being a new location the staff is trying, but some key things they need to fix quick or I'll never go there again. 1) They need to watch cross contamination, especially for people with allergies, I have family that is allergic to onions and although she didn't get any on her wrap the meat for it was cooked on the same surface the onions were on without being cleaned off first. Also the board they use while building the wraps was completely contaminated and 1 of our wraps was dragged thru raw onion that was left on the board. 2) If your going to have people working around food, wear a damn hair net. I do not think there is a person alive that would be excited to get some 16 year old kids hair in their food. 3) Also since onions are more of an allergy than green pepper the onions should be in front so as to prevent any of it from dropping into the other vegetables and prevent an allergic reaction from a customer. If this is fixed the next time I go there, good if not Ill be sending an email to headquarters about all of this. Im sure your franchise owner would not like that after just opening.
