For quite some time, I've been enchanted by a street stall that serves an exceptional torta, where the thick grilled white cheese evokes memories of halloumi. Each bite of this sandwich is so satisfying that even when satiated, I find myself compelled to finish it, eagerly anticipating my next culinary adventure from their tantalizing menu.
