I typically don't indulge in mac and cheese, but I make an exception for Cacio e Pepe. Every time I visit Ponti Rossi, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of their dishes, especially the arrabiata and lasagna. Their catering service is impeccable; I've ordered from them multiple times for office lunches, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delivered early, making it a pleasure to work with them.
