I visited Insomnia Cookies with my girlfriend and her best friend after a late dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it open at 1 am. The small space had an order-and-go system, and the service from staff member Stephanie was exceptional, with helpful recommendations and efficient service. The cookies we tried, including the Sugar, Caramellionaire, White Chocolate Macadamia, and Classic Chocolate Chunk, were all delicious, making Insomnia Cookies a delightful late-night indulgence.
