The dishes from Her Name is Han left me genuinely thrilled, especially the crispy kimchi pancake topped with a soft-poached egg that perfectly balanced flavors and textures. The garlic grilled chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the spicy pork BBQ offered a complex, sweet marinade that kept me coming back for more, especially when paired with a bowl of rice.
