The rooftop at Dream Hotel Midtown in New York offers a stunning view of the city skyline, enhanced by beautiful floral decor that makes for fantastic photo opportunities. I enjoyed the crispy mac and cheese balls with truffle aioli and found the cocktails, like the Lavender Girl and Cotton Candy Kisses, to be thoughtfully crafted and delicious. While the service was patient and the ambiance lively, the frequent check-ins and some quirks with utensils were a bit distracting, but overall it made for a fun night out that I'd gladly revisit in warmer weather.
