The Michelin-starred tempura omakase here is a whirlwind of perfectly fried seafood and vegetables, each bite accompanied by thoughtful explanations and ideal seasoning pairings that elevate the whole experience. While the price tag is hefty and the sheer volume might have me waddling out rather than walking, the artistry and flavor make it a delicious adventure worth embarking on at least once.
