Sure, some places serve things they call wings, but to a true connoisseur it seemed criminal that in a city that has everything, there was not an authentic Buffalo Chicken Wing in sight. ATOMIC gets its wings fresh from Buffalo, where the chickens are unusually big as well as tasty. Then we prepare them as they were invented in 1964 in Buffalo. The result is unforgettably good eating.
