During my stay in New York in November 2007, my sisters and I enjoyed dining at a charming cafe near the Carlton Hotel where we were staying. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly, and Chef Tony's special dishes, including his delicious Red Velvet Cake, left us thoroughly satisfied. I extend my best wishes to Chef Tony for continued success and express my gratitude to the welcoming staff at the diner - I would eagerly return for another delightful experience.
