The service at this establishment is consistently excellent, from the friendly staff taking your order to the timely delivery of your meal. It's advisable to place your order early as they occasionally close for large events. The personalized touch in their offerings, such as the unique sushi station and the variety of salad options, keeps customers returning for more.

This is the best downtown deli in Manhattan. I go there for breakfast and lunch Monday thru Friday. The staff is always very nice, and the food is amazing. Love the huge salads and sandwiches (all at very reasonable prices), and the Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana Hero is awesome too.
If you are in the downtown area, you must try it. You can order online too at bitsandbites.net.

The register staff is nasty and they dont waiver on the breakfast platters. If you want to substitue a wrap or bagel it is more. not a few cents but $1.00 or more. the food is good but the service takes away from the quality.

I work in the city. I am such a busy person, but I always have time to come to this place because the food is really great, and the staff (not all) is friendly. I usually order a salad everyday. The salads are really REALLY good. They come with your money's worth of vegetables and meat. Everything tastes so fresh and they have many different dressings. The price is typical and the staff is really nice. The cashiers at the counter is very nice, and the person that works the salad counter is reliable. He always gets my orders (which can get complicated) right and never has an attitude or a bad vibe. He also does it SUPER quick. Sometimes though, I see workers just standing around doing nothing really, even when there's a rush at the counters. I really do think they should do more work, but I don't deal with them, so it doesn't really matter...as long as I get my salad. Overall, this place is THE place for good food and great service. I would recommend it for the typical person who works in New York's bustling atmosphere.

This is a great place for breakfast or lunch no matter how late you lilke it.
The food is fresh. There are a tonne of things on the menu.
The prices are reallly good.
Plus they deliver.
