Margon offers authentic Cuban flavors with a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere that instantly takes me back to Havana. The roast chicken, rice and beans, and oxtail dishes are consistently tender and flavorful, while the Cuban sandwiches are decent but not my favorite. What truly stands out is the warm service from the owners and staff, along with the comforting, homestyle meals that keep me coming back during my visits to Midtown.
