This tiny East Village ramen joint blew me away with its authentic flavors and open-kitchen vibe where the chef cooks right in front of you. The radish salad and pan-fried gyozas were unforgettable, and the veggie miso ramen completely changed my mind about ramen-seriously, the broth and noodles hit all the right notes every single time.
