Had an incredible omakase lunch with fresh, expertly prepared sushi that truly highlights traditional Edo techniques. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through each piece and its origin, which added a special touch to the experience. While the interior is simple and unassuming, the quality of the fish and authenticity of the flavors made it well worth the visit, and I'm already looking forward to my next meal here.
