Went to this place by mistake, but got a drink and sang two songs with a friend while waiting. Bartender was lovely but the manager insisted that we pay at least $20 as he indicated it was the minimum to sit at the bar!!! Nowhere was this posted nor were we told when we arrived and ordered our drink. Had to argue with the manager to get my credit card back. I tried to leave cash for what we owed but was then told I had to leave an extra $5 for "tip" (per manager). I was so fed up that I left cash and left immediately! Awful customer service and not worth the time or money. Much better karaoke places in NYC (like its downstairs neighbor) The one star is for the bartender... the song selection was terrible too!
