Today was a lucky find as Jimbo's was open for business. Ordering from Ubereats, I indulged in a Western Omelette with cheddar cheese and 2 large pieces of Hashbrown, while my boyfriend devoured the French toast with hash and scrambled egg. Despite the slightly high prices, the fast delivery and delicious food earned Jimbo's a solid 4-star rating in my book.
