The Cuban sandwiches at Sophie's are absolutely delicious, especially when paired with their flavorful green sauce. I've been a frequent customer and have always enjoyed the meals, with the pernil with a twist sandwich standing out as one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The juicy pork, grilled onions, sweet plantains, and that amazing green sauce make for an unforgettable dining experience.
