The flavors danced beautifully on my palate throughout the meal, with standout dishes like the chicken under a brick and the halibut en croute showcasing impeccable technique and depth. However, the dessert called "the egg" lost some of its allure when I noticed the manager handling it directly without gloves or utensils, which momentarily disrupted the dining experience. Still, the warm ambiance, attentive service, and masterful execution of each dish reaffirmed why this culinary journey remains unforgettable.
