Paolo Montana brings modern Italian cuisine to NYC. Incognito offers an oasis of elegant dining. With a well balanced menu and wine list, from local meats and fish to thin crust pizza and freshly made pastas. For Lunch there is a Prix Fixe menu. Open all day, lunch can be enjoyed till 4:00pm. The Main Menu, available all day, has many delicious options from traditional dishes such as lasagna and meatballs to our mussels, beef carpaccio and grilled calamari. Keep it light or go for the rich melanzane with smoked mozzarella or fillet mignon with black peppercorn sauce.
