I had a meeting at Trufa with my mentor and wasn't sure what to expect due to the mixed reviews. Opted for the blackened salmon with spaghetti and marinara sauce, and it was incredibly hot and hearty. The avocado salad we had as an appetizer was equally delicious with fresh and green ingredients. The tiramisu for dessert was a pleasant surprise with its light, creamy texture and hint of cacao and coffee. Can't wait to return with a friend or family member!
