Following BLVDBistro on Instagram felt like I was already part of the fun, and taking my cousin there to celebrate his Columbia graduation was the perfect excuse to dive into their amazing brunch offerings-think Bellini carafes, applewood bacon, and smothered biscuits that hit all the right notes. The lively tunes, sing-along vibes, and friendly service (shoutout to Naisha!) made the whole experience feel like a party where the food stole the show with dishes like shrimp and grits that I can't stop dreaming about. Just a heads-up: snagging a reservation is smart because the place fills up fast, but trust me, the wait is totally worth it for a day filled with great eats and a buzzing atmosphere.
