The combination pho was a standout, boasting a clear, flavorful broth filled with various meats, complemented by a generous portion of fresh herbs and bean sprouts, while the pork and mushroom spring rolls paired with spicy nuoc cham offered a satisfying start, though a bit more crispiness would have elevated them further.
