A Japanese friend, who is very particular about her cuisine, introduced me to this restaurant, and from the moment we walked in, the simple yet warm interior with its open kitchen set the tone for a memorable experience. The dishes, especially the Chirashi set I ordered, showcased an impressive variety of fresh fish with delicate seasoning, while the cocktail I chose perfectly balanced tart grapefruit with earthy green tea and smooth sake. Throughout the meal, attentive and thoughtful service enhanced the enjoyment, making it clear that every detail, from the elegant dinnerware to the expertly prepared courses, was crafted with care and dedication.

Accompanied by my Japanese friend, who has an undeniable addiction to their uni-don, we ventured to this restaurant she highly recommended for an authentic Japanese culinary experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, featuring an open kitchen that added to the charm of the place. Although it may lean towards the pricier side, the quality of the Chirashi set I ordered, complemented by a delightful Yame Green Tea x Grapefruit Sake Cocktail, made the experience truly worthwhile.
