I found this really authentic Min (Fuzhounese) restaurant in Chinatown with delicious food at a good price and no need to tip. It's not the best choice for those who can't handle smoke or noise, but if you're looking for a real taste of Chinese cuisine without the touristy flair, this is the spot. The no-frills atmosphere might not be spotless, but the value is great - we enjoyed 2 meat dishes, a whole fish, and soup for just $61, and the large intestines were particularly memorable. Just be prepared to share a round table with other guests if it's busy.
