Totto Ramen in Hell's Kitchen serves up some of the best chicken paitan ramen I've had anywhere, with a rich, flavorful broth that tastes like it's been simmering for hours. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the clean, cozy interior makes for a comfortable dining experience, though it can get busy so arriving early is a smart move. While the appetizers like takoyaki and pork buns were decent but not outstanding, the main ramen bowls are satisfying and well worth trying, especially with a spicy chili oil kick.
