A new Chinese restaurant recently opened in Harlem, and it's quickly become a popular choice for takeout or delivery. Despite a couple of slightly overcooked eggrolls, the Chicken with Broccoli and Shrimp with Vegetables meals were both delicious, with generous portions of veggies and flavorful dishes.
