Craving tsukemen led me to discover some unique dipping soba dishes that truly impressed me, especially the nameko oroshi dipping soba despite my usual dislike of mushrooms-the warm, gooey mushrooms paired perfectly with the cold soba and spicy yuzu pepper. The atmosphere inside is cozy and intimate, with friendly staff making the experience even better, though the exterior might not give the best first impression. The Mera Mera dipping soba stood out with its rich sesame-forward broth and perfect spice, and I loved that they offer the option to pour broth into the dipping sauce to turn it into soup, making each bite comforting and flavorful.
