If you find yourself facing a violation in Oakland and end up at the Wiley Manuel Court House, don't worry - there's a small cafí© inside where you can grab a quick bite before your court appearance. Jay, the owner of "Cafe Express," offers a variety of freshly brewed coffee, snacks, and hot dogs to help you fuel up for the day ahead. Despite the circumstances, it's a relief to have a decent option for food before potentially heading next door to the county jail.
