I just had to share how impressed I am with the owner's dedication to improving the restaurant. The responsiveness and care shown towards our feedback was truly remarkable. Plus, getting a quick refund for our pizza mishap was a cherry on top! After this positive experience, I'm definitely open to giving Pizza Twist another shot in the future.
